Paper Submission & Abstract: The deadline for paper submission is November 15, 2004. Your abstract must be accompanied by the registration form and payment of registration fee. Please enclose a check payable to SCCR in US dollars. If possible, please also submit your abstract via e-mail.

Organized Symposium: Session organizers should submit one copy of the Organized Symposium Form along with one copy of each symposium participant's Paper Submission and Abstract Form and each participant's Annual Meeting Registration Form. If you submit these forms by email, send the registration fees under separate cover by postal mail. Submission cannot be processed without accompanying payment by check of registration fees. If possible, submit forms also in Word or ASCII format, or PC/MAC formats readable in Microsoft Word via email. Deadline for Submission is November 15, 2004.
